Market Price for 100% Het Piebald Females ???

CJBianco Oct 02, 2004 09:11 PM

Hello Everyone,

Well...I've been thinking...I've got two (2) 100% Het Piebald females, and I'm wondering if I should've invested in a pair of Albinos instead. Just in case I ever decide to sell/trade these girls, could someone please tell me an approximate fair market price for '04 300 gram Het Piebald females? Also a pair of Albinos? I've searched the classifieds, but all I see are 50% hets.

Thanks A Bunch,
Chris

Of course I paid for them, but as we all know...what you pay is not always what they're worth.

Yeah, I'll probably get a 100% Het Piebald male sometime next spring, but I don't expect the females to be breedable until '06. They're only 4.5 months old and over 300 grams, but I don't think they'll be big enough for a long time. Then again, this is my first time raising snakes, so I don't have any experience (read "clue" about their growth rates.

Thanks,
Chris
