I just rescued an iguana from someone yesterday...

He is about 3 feet long and he has alot of scars on his body..long wide schars..are these from burns???The guy had a heat rock in the iguanas cage.So i took that out.Can you guys post some pics of your enclosures so i can get some ideas on how to set this guys cage up.I no they need to be on top of branches and stuff but still.Please post enclosure pics

The scars may be from burns. They could be from another iguana also. Has this poor thing been to a vet?

YA..the i scheduled an appointment for the ig and made the kid pay for it..he took the ig there and i called the vet to make sure he actually took him there..and the vet said hes fine he is just a little thin and those scars are probably from burns
