Help with Dragon

xcrashx21 Oct 03, 2004 10:27 AM

I am interested in getting a dragon. I have done lots of research and am getting the supplies needed together because I intend on finding one at the next expo in ny. I was just curious if anyone could give some advice from their own experienes like things to watch out for. The best substrate. Different foliage used in the tank. I am going to be setting up a 55 gal tank. Thanks.

or newpaper or butcher paper if it is a baby
dragon you are getting.
Once he/she is 10 to 12inches (12 being better) you can
use Playsand, or a combo set up.
Never use Calsisand, ground walnut, or any of that
other lizard substrates that petstores try to sell
you. It causes impactions and digestive problems.
