Trying to save my cheeseburger

Yes he does by the looks of it! LOL
Do you know if his previous owners gave them to him? From what I've learned with Forest, they NEVER forget the smell.
Forest's previous owners gave him chicken when they grilled & now Forest runs to the kitchen when I cook it. He bit me once cause I'd just eaten chicken & then went to give him a smooch. BIG mistake. Aparently, he thought I was a 5'2" piece of chicken.
(Breath smelled like chicken).
If he smells ANY type of meat on my hands, lunchmeat even, he's eyes-wide-open
when I get close to him. I keep my hands washed & eyes on him closely now. LOL
Cute shot! Poor Chaos. "I can smell it! Where is it?!?!?"
LMAO....Terri
He goes after anything that he can smell. Sandwitches, muffins, macaroni and cheese, anything. I'll let him have the bread from a sandwitch and that makes him happy. Then he goes and eats his greens. He does try to get the cat food though. I put that out of reach when he is out. The people we got him from said they fed him a mouse, but they only said one so I don't know if that is all they fed him.

lol im surprised he doesnt go after the unguarded frys down there
what king of Ig is he?
He is a cuban rock iguana. He is about 7 or 8 years old I'm guessing.

That would be bad for his kidney's. They cannot handle animal protein. My Iggi goes after the bread and cheese. We let her eat small bites as snacks occasionally.

Lamar, Debbie, Nathaniel and Iggi :>~
He doesn't get meat at all. He goes after anything we eat. No matter what it is. I'll sit on the couch eating a grilled cheese sandwitch or something( anything he can smell) and he will charge for it. If it's just a sandwitch I'll give him some bread from it and he's happy. He did however devour a chocolate muffin once, that was left unattended for a few minutes. The people we got him from fed him a mouse. I don't feed him any kind of meat.
