Well I picked up two more snakes from Dwight Good at the KY reptile show yesterday!!
One was this really nice looking White oaks grey rat. Have been waiting for one of these for well over a year now, and finally got it!!

And the other was this yellow rat. Nice looking little guy.

Those white oaks are starting to grow on me.If my boids dont start making woopie for me this spring Im switching over to nothing but ratsnakes.I can fit 20 rats were my boids are now.You guys and your darn great pics...Paul

Thanks for the kind words! I have been wanting a grey rat for some time and just now could get one from Dwight. He usually has them sold before they are hatched, and he has some nice snakes!! Rat snakes are addictive, thats for sure. There are so many normal rat snakes, and they all have their own distinctive look!! Im gonna take some pics of my MO rat snakes tonight and post them, so Ill let you take a look at them as well!!

They look real nice Brian. Dwight certainly produces some killer White Oak phase gray rat snakes. It looks like you are going to get all the obsoleta complex subspecies. What do you need now, Deckerti and/or Gulf Hammack? That snake list of your collection is getting pretty long. LOL.

Yep thats what I plan on doing. I need the texas rat, gulf hammock, and deckerts. I plan on getting them from Dwight as well. I really like his orange phase texas rats. So I imagine one of those will be next. Im gonna have to talk to him about the deckerts and gulf hammocks.

Once I have those, then Im gonna concentrate on the guttata. I would like to get ahold of a slowinskii and an emoryi.

And you know the kings and pits are right behind them!!

And the list just keep going!! LOL
