Draybar,
Great pics. I got 2 Bairds 2 weeks ago (1.1) You seem to know a little bit about them so I have a few questions for you.
They both ate for me on thursday, and ever since then the male has been all over the terr. like he is looking for another pinkie. The question I have is should I feed him another one or wait till thursday again? Also can I feed him more then 1 @ a time?
The female on the other hand isn't doing anything.
Last night I thought maybe she was getting ready to shed (eyes were very milky) Now today her eyes are fine. I know she didn't shed unless one fo them ate the skin.LOL There is NO way my wife would have removed a shed. I did see the female drink some water amd investagate the terr. a little today so I really don't think she is sick but don't know for sure. Any ideas?
Thanks for any help!
Mick

Some people feed their hatchlings on a four or five day schedule. I personaly keep all of my snakes on a seven day schedule. Every Saturday. Just makes it easier for me.
If a single pinkie doesn't leave much of a bulge in the snake then yes you can feed it another one.
Usually the snake will start to get dull and then you will notice it's eyes get cloudy or "blue" and then it will clear up. They usually shed two to four days after they clear back up.
look for her to shed some time between tomorrow and Thursday.
