just got a female leopard that is gravid and ready to lay. Help.

do i have to buy an incubator. I don't really care about the sex the eggs hatch at.

Hey,

If you have a very warm reptile room and you have high shelving or a closet with a light bulb inside that also has shelving in your herp room, you could try incubating for females(As long as the temps are between 78*-83*F, in there. That's an alternative for now. If you don't know how to incubate Leopard Gecko eggs, there is a very detailed, step-by-step guide Here.. Hey Matt,

Get a small disposable plastic container. Half fill it with moist vermiculite and cut a hole in the side large enough for her to crawl into. Put the lid on and make sure there are no sharp corners where she might hurt herself. Melt the cut edges with a match if needed. She'll crawl in there and lay her eggs.
