It should heal soon enough, but the pattern may or may not come back.. even if it does, it may be oddly discolored or imperfect.
In any other case, nice Boa.. pity it was injured at all.

The picture is blurry but I think you are referring to the nostral Scale on the Boa? It looks like it was damaged at some point in time. It will probably take 5 or more sheds but I would bet that it will be far less noticable to you. You will probably always be able to see where it was though.
