i mean, you do have the connection to get a pretty nice dirt from that mine. why dont you bag it out and sell it at PE? is that a future plan? will you do it on an individual basis?

it is really just too dang heavy. the soil itself is fairly cheap, but to store it, pack it, and ship it, you would be looking at a HEFTY shipping price.
i always encourage folks to get out and find their own soil in their area. start with the Home Depot mix, start to learn what works, and what doesn't, and then adapt, and find something better. you CAN find something workable EVERYWHERE!
