Mantellas like it cooler than darts, so no.
Arklier is right, this is not a good idea (temperatures, toxicity, competition, etc).

Its possible with the lowland species of Mantellas, such as betsileo, expectata. The real problem with this idea is that darts are MUCH more aggressive feeders. Some may say watch out for parasites, but if your frogs have had fecal tests done, been quarantined for a while, proper medication, etc., the problem with pathogens isn't that big of a deal, but one should still be extremely cautious.
Plus, mantellas (with the exception of laevigata) don't climb very much, or at least my betsileo do not. Even my tinctorius climbs a bunch during the morning, and prefer to have some sort of tall plant. Your mantellas will be hard to observe in such a heavily planted "dart" tank.
Plus, mantellas live in a much more "seasonal" climate. Your chances of success with breeding them are very slim if you plan on having darts.
Another problem is that mantellas seem to like more variety in their diet. Mantellas, in my experience, have even taken crickets 1/3 of an inch. They are less active too, and occupy a small territory, and probably won't find food with all those plants that your dart frog loves, with your dart getting all the food. They don't eat nearly as much, and its very likely your dart frog will turn the tables on your mannies.
You could try it, but I still think you should try to look into another idea, if you're dead set on housing something with your dart frog.
