holy cow, that babe is HUGE. is he on steroids or something. so are you keeping it if it really is a boy? i know you were really hoping for a girl, but it is your first vestigium (sp?) hatchling, you have to keep it. (imagine me trying to convince eve to keep a lizard) i think my egg will be a boy if it makes it because the temps have mostly fluctuated between 83-85. if that is the case then his name will be willy, since it is a mix of walter and milly. i have not thought of anything clever for a girl's name yet

i am a big sap. whenever we had litters growing up i always wanted to keep the one that i was in charge of. i also have a hard time picking out animals because i want them all. usually they have to come to me or be kind of homely. i will always take the ones i don't think others want
i am sure it will be the same way if (gasp) i have human children, i will never want them to be far away, which is ironic because i am 2500 miles away from my parents.
