Hello, I would like to know others opinions about the size of enclosure thats best for a female boa (unknown/mixed locale). I'm planning on getting a 60x24x17.5 cage for my female. Would that be alright? Or would something a bit smaller work out for her? Thank you all for your time.

You did not say what size your boas is. I think the general rule of thumb is 1 square foot of cage for every foot of snake?? Most cages that you buy now (boaphiles,moonstrucks,visions) will come in 4 foot sizes which generally is large enought for an adult boa. I personally would like larger cages for adult boas 6-7 foot cages.. but the 4footers do just fine..
