Hot Glue

jsc230 Oct 05, 2004 11:54 PM

Is hot glue safe for my leo. I made her a "Serinity Garden" I call it. From and old handle from a file folder box (where i breed my mealies) and fake plants.

I drilled holes in the handle which is now the base. I then stuck the wire end of the plant through the hole and glue it on the underside.

I didn't think about it before i made it, I assume if I let it sit out for a week or so it will be fine. But i'd like to be safe and not sorry, so I am double checking by asking the pros.

I use hot glue all the time to decorate my tanks. As long as it is cool before it goes any where near the leos it should be fine, unless some one out there knows something else about it.
