I don't recall the dosage off hand but it has been mentioned before on this forum. However the best way to know for sure what dosage is best for your dragon is to consult your reptile vet. In fact he should be the one that prescribes it as well. Like any medicine, it is best to use it after consulting a qualified reptile vet.

my storie in a short version.
when i startert with beardies i got problems ,i almost wanan quit 
i used panacure for 1 year r more and then i stil got worms.
every time it came back.
then when i whas desparete some people advice me parazap.
the owner send me a sample and in 3 weeks i whas clean .
no worms and also the flagelates where gone.
i got both.
now i stil use it and after 3 years i stil have no worms any more !!
am very happy.
i think if i got no parazap i got no beardies any more .
