If it were a shorter time I would use a hot water bottle, but for that long a period of time you might want to use a chemical heat pad, like the kind used for warming your hands in the winter time.
There may be a more standard practice though?
Just mt 2 cents...
Wear flannel boxers.

How are you traveling?
Are the snakes going to be exposed to the outside elements in containers?
Or will they be in containers and pillow cases/bags in containers in the cab/backseat? If they are in containers you can get a human heating pad and buy an electrical adapter from Radio Shack or some place like that and plug it into your cigarete lighter and use it on "low" we use this method for iguanas so maybe it will work? But you have to monitor the temp in the container so they dont over-heat with the heater in the vehicle and the heating pad.
Or like another suggestion was to use thermal hand warmers that you can purchase at any Academy or outdoors supply store. I believe Wal-mart even carries them.
If you choose to use either of these methods I advise using a towel or a covering of some sort over the heat source to keep burns from happening or one area of the body getting too warm. AND this method keeps the hand warmers working longer and helps evenly dispurse heat.
Good Luck

I forgot to mention even if they are in the cab of the vehicle they should be in containers that properly fit them.
I know this seems like a no brainer but its really much safer for the snake as well as for you, because you arent thinking about where the animal is as well as what its doing. you know it is in a container with airholes and warm and prolly sleeping in its dark warm container.
