I just put my new 100 watt MVBs in and I don't think that they are making enough heat for my bearie and uros (different cages). What's better ceramic or halogen for supplementation?

Halogen. These provide not only ample heat but also supplement uv light. it is like a mini sun. these are the best, but are more costly than other bulbs.
