The clicking sound could be a few things. Just watch him carefully to make sure it isn't a respitory infection. Both my torts had one and they make a faint clicking sound when they breathed. The mouth can be opened or closed when they do this. If you haven't gotten the little guy checked out by a vet yet it might be a good idea just in case. Also to check for parasites. Good luck!

I'm glad he is okay. It does take them awhile to get used to his new home. Mine seemed to take forever. We were around him to much and he was getting all stressed out so we had to leave him alone for awhile till he got used to his new house. It was hard cause you want to play with them and stuff. He might not like to be soaked. I have one tort that loves it and never wants to leave his bath but the other one wants out the minute I put him in. I'm sure you know this but just make sure the water is nice and warm for him and keep it warm as he is soaking. They can get sick so easy it seems if they get chilled. It is amazing how different each tort can be. Good luck and have fun!
