Yearling Aldabra care question???

ee Oct 06, 2004 10:47 PM

I recently aquired a yearling Aldabra. I am fairly experienced in turtle and tortoise care but i am looking for a formal caresheet or link to juvenile care. I am located in PA, so we do have a limited outdoor season. Any information will be highly appreciated, emails are welcome.

I have the following questions:

Diet? What is preferred? Treats Etc...

Temps? day and night, highs lows...

Size....just kidding... can you say VW Beetle

And juvenile tortoise substrate? I am using cyprus mulch.

Thank you in advance.

Take care,

Rich

didn't your former breeder/seller gave you their prefs? even though many generic caresheets are outhere, animals are so individual especially with cbs, it's best to by-pass all that guess-works if possible! talk about guess-work: your juvies looks like he came from "EJ" or "EP" (Ed Pirog's ranch?) who's lurking around this forum quite a bit as you can see

Nope.
But it did come from the same source (obviously).

...are you suggesting that turtles and tortoises do play in a band?

Can you forward a contact for your supplier. That has got to be some serious good $hit.
