Need Advice: Day 50 and eggs seem to be collapsing a pi on the sides...

mattg Jun 27, 2003 07:33 PM

I have 10 good eggs out of 12 that are now on day 50 (June 27) in the incubator. They were nice and full until yesturday when the sides of one egg seemed to sink in slightly. Today almost all are doing the same thing. The yemp has been 80º and the humidity around 90%. Is this happening because its getting close to hatch time or do I have a problem I need to address? This is my first time breding snakes.

Oh, By the way... They are Taiwan Beauty snakes!
Female is every bit of 6ft and the male 5'

Thanks in advance for any advice given,

Matthew J Giandonato

Mine blues did the same thing, and hatched less than a week later. In fact, my blues hatched at day 55. Just keep an eye on them. Congrats!
