more questions on hatchling care

when the hatchlings emerge and are placed in another set-up, what are the things i need to provide? do they need uv light and heat? do they need the whole set-up to be water or just a small area? do they need hiding spots? please alert me to anything i need to provide for the hatchlings. thank you very much!
