8 eggies in all...the last one she laid after i took the others out, and i didnt find until the next morning. I tried to rehydrate it, but when i looked at it tonite, it was still shrivled...bummer. ANYWAY... i cut it open just out of curiosity....THEY ARE FERTILE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am so psyched!! No cooling, first clutch and they are fertile!!! start looking for hoggie fans, girl. $40 a pop, unless odd and cilla are het for albino....i think they may be.... i am so proud!!!!!!

That female wasn't done laying when you disturbed her. I hope you are watching to make sure she lays the rest and doesn't get eggbound!

The obvious distension of the area just in front of the vent told me she had at least one more in there.
