An old science teacher that I used to have called me with a question about some weird looking fleas/mites? She thought they looked more like fleas then mites, because they were bigger and more oblong then circular? Can anyone tell me what they might be or are they still just mites? thanks for the help!!!

got a picture?? I've seen both. Fleas are more oblong shaped. Run FAST and can jump far. Mites are more ballon shaped and kind of crawl about. there is a good web site about mites
