I need help getting my two beardies to eat food other than lettuce and crickets

for about one year now my dragons have refused to eat anything but some fruits collard greens and live incects, i recently bought a bag of the jurrasic pellet food and they will only eat it out of my hand and not if i put it in a big bowl. how can i get them to eat it?

put a silkworm or 2 under the pellots, it might work

Try soaking the pellets in water to make them a bit softer, and begin by sprinkling some in with their greens. It's the only way mine will touch the pellets.
