Does the humid hide have to be misted every day or just when your gecko is getting ready to or in shed? Thanks

I think that you should. In the natural world leopard geckos always have the opportunity to go under ground into a humid space and spend quite alot of time down there.

IMO the humid hide should be misted on a daily basis, once or twice a day depending if it dries out.
Leos like to seek out humidity even if they are not going into shed. Make sure that you provide that for them.
