I'm using the soil/sand/verm mix.But a question that popped up.How safe is the vermiculite?What if it's ingested.

i don't think that i really have an answer for you because i have always wondered the same thing. it is really thin but it is really jagged also so you would assume it would do damage to her insides or get stuck or something. then again my uro eats from a bowl, so why would she have a chance for injesting it? is the vermiculite supposed to be at the bottom of the mix? anyway i think i am just confusing myself more so i will stop now.
