Sorry about dinking with you like that.. but be careful. The JBCAG...(Jungle Boa Consumer Advocacy Group) might jump your frame if its not proven. It sure looks jungle to me... a very nice one. Sorry folks, this duck is quacking. I wish I had customers like that.
Good Luck-

The jungle thing is a little OOC over here. Just peer through the forum as of late and you'll get the drift. His pattern is much more symetric than most pictures I've seen of jungles. He is very cool looking, quite unique. With that type of expression, its probably genetic in origin. Actually, if I were you, I would make up a new trade name for him... like Houndstooth, feel free to use that one. He could very well be a jungle, but you'll do better making your own line, along with your own name.
Good Luck, and put me at the top of you buyer list!

.. seen one defy gravity like that! Freaky! Awesome!

More seriously.. it is a very neat-looking BCI, for sure.. A Jungle? probably not.. but breed it, if it passes on that pattern trait you have your own line of SOMETHING..

Again, neat boa.
