I bought a reptisun 10.0 from a petstore about a month ago. Anyways I just started using it now and it stopped working after 3 days. The problem is I threw out the receit and the box it came with. So does anyone have any suggestions for me? I was thinking of taking it to an electrical light store to see if they could fix it or something? (dont worry I have backup uvb)

if it is a ZooMed Reptisun I would contact them (I didn't know there was 10.0) and they may help you out. If it is another manufacturer it can't hurt to try. I am in the habit of not throwing away any receipts until I don't have the thing anymore! lol! i put all receipts in one box (non-tax stuff) so it can take some going thru but it'll always be there.

Yeah the reptisun 10.0 is a compact flourescent, its 7" long. So it is made by zoomed

Yeah, mine did the same thing, died after one day. I bought mine at an expo so I didn't have a receipt either. I just called them and told them waht happened, then mailed it back. They sent me a new one 2 or 3 weeks later
