Why does everyone blame me?....LOL
I will tell you the same thing I tell everyone.
You WILL NOT regret getting a pair of Baird Rat Snakes or should I say Metallic Rat Snakes.
They are excellent snakes.
In my mind one of the most underrated snakes in the hobby.
But I do believe that is changing quickly!
enjoy!

Jimmy is evil.5 months ago I didnt even know what Bairdi was.I just happened to find one at a reptile rescue and took a gamble and so far it's going great. My wife who loaths snakes even likes them. She wanted to hold the female tonite but she had just eaten and that's a no,no.Until I met Jimmy I could have gave a rat's azz about any kind of ratsnake. Now my life wont be complete until I have a trio of blonde trans pecos, persians, licorice, and beauty snakes.Damn him.hehehehehe

You seem to get alot of heat on here these days Jimmy LOL. My wife saw the pictures of your Bairds, I think it was last night. She says that if mine get that big she's GONE. My boys said they will miss Mommy when she leaves LOL. I told her that will be 10 months or a year B-4 They get that big. She is freaking out... oh well keep up the great pics

By the time they get that big your wife will like them as much as you do.

Excellent Keith. I saw your earlier question on the forum, and I can tell you Tim at Vivid reptiles has outstanding animals. No doubt one of the good guys in the business. Here is my Bairdi I purchased from Vivid a couple of months ago. Just as Draybar and some of the others have said, you won't be sorry you purchased a Bairdi.

Man that is one nice little bairdi.
I love the contrast.
If it grows up to look like the ones pictured on Vivid's web page it should be spectacular.
