Ok look I don't have a picture because well I can't look one up on the internet unless I know the damn name.But heres the description, Probablly the most noteable part of it's appearance is the frill that extends from the corners of its mouth, I believe these are ment to look like the animale posses a much larger pair of teeth (not a frilled dragon), It appears to generally look like a bearded dragon in shape and scalation, it has a beige coloration and I believe it hails from the old USSR.
Someone please help me figure out what I'm looking for.

Search google for Phrynocephalus mystaceus. That should be your lizard.
