Congratz! You were really lucky, Most snakes can get away with no food or water for a long time.. but Lizards need a more constant supply and water is a huge thing.. Perhaps you should rename him to Lucky lol

Oh yea, he even SHED while he was out exploring, and climbed a flight of stairs out of my basement room
