They ship next day air on all their orders for a pretty reasonable price. I am in FL so I don't know how well they do in the cold but when I had problems in the heat they replaced them right away.

I have ordered from several places but findreptilefood.com to be one of the best - their customer service is great. i live in NH so I have to worry about temps. Make sure that someone is home when they arrive or find a neighbor or store to deliver to. I have mine sent to a local feed store and then pick them up.
