I tried to do a payment and logon... Nothing happens

Just a note. . .
I work for an internet based company and use paypal daily to process orders. Their website crashes a lot. I'd say I experience problems 4-5 times a week. Try again in a few hours

You should know by now that PayPal is getting sued by millions of people all over the world.

Since PayPal acts like a bank it is supposed to send out statements to its consumers/customers. PayPal didn't so they are now getting mass sued.

Yeah I saw that on paypalsucks.com or some other anti-paypal website. They are also suing because they didn't want to pay that % to PayPal every time they use their service. I think if they had bothered to read the TOS of PayPal they'd have known, and noone forced them to use it.

Funny thing is I got all these emails for like a week afterwards telling me my Paypal account is being suspended and I had to log in and verify my credit cards. It was obviously a scam because the website it sent you to was a free hosted one like angelfire or something. Then I started getting other emails same thing just replace Paypal with Ebay, SunTrust banking, ect. I didnt even know I had a SunTrust bank account.

Bleach, good to clean tanks. Ammonia, good to clean tanks. Bleach mixed with Ammonia, good to make ammonium chloride gas to kill you while your cleaning tanks.

The only reason PayPal is getting sued is because a federal officer who uses paypal was looking through the TOS.

The Fed officer works for the IRS in investigations and does other stuff. Reading the TOS has nothing to do with it.

The TOS is just the terms of service that's it. Since people don't have to pay to join PayPal then the TOS is just meaningless then.

But since PayPal acts like a bank thats the only reason they are being sued.
