Which type of kingsnake would you say has the best temperament?

I'm just wondering, as I'm planning on possibly getting a kingsnake soon.

It would probably be hard to beat the temperament of most in the mexicana complex. (L.m. mexicana, thayeri, greeri) Include the gray banded kings. Most are very docile and handleable. As hatchlings they sometimes are difficult to get feeding regularly, but get yourself a yearling and you will most likely be very happy with it.

mexicana spp. and alterna are very docile and calm. be sure to get one that is feeding. they can be difficult to start. beautiful colors, great temperment, don't get too large. good luck. Rin

i have a speckled king. its awsome. got it in junkyard. she was pregnate.never bits.yet,butt good temper,even sheading.
