Meet Raphael...

Sobera Oct 12, 2004 04:06 PM

Hey everyone, assuming you care about my new turtle... MEET HIM! Forum, this is Raphael, Raphael, meet Forum. Anyways, now that I have introduced my self as a borish fool, i will proceed to tell you about Raphael. Previously I had been indulging my curiosity about turtles in the Painted Turtle forum, not seeing the RES and clueing in that THAT was the Red Eared Slider forum. Anyways, what I have is what I believe to be a full grown Red Eared Slider. I've had it for about 2 days. Hmmm, cant talk much now, I'm at school, and the bell's about to go. Well, he is doing great by the looks of it. Any advice would be great. Thax ahead of time...

Well, if he's a full grown RES, I think he's more of a Raphaella. Males will have long claws and a long fat tail. I don't see long claws.

I took a wild shot and named my biggest baby Raphael(who is my absolute number one favorite mutant chelonian) and I think I got it right, he's looking to be a he.
