fresh import mangrove,,,questions

got this guy only info provided was fresh import and had eaten a fuzzie/hopper mouse, its a first for me with this species but i did the research, and this guy is just in bad shape very weak and lethargic its approx 5ft, very timid, hes in a lg tank 5ftX2ftX2ft , mid to low eighties warmside & a coolside branches and newspaper bottom several hides which he stays in have offered small water snakes, leopards frogs,toads, fuzzie mice all w/no luck any advise?,,,thanks,,,,thomas davis

crappy pic but here he is you can also kinda see the leopard frog in the waterbowl there anyway, also i was told he was treated for parasites w/flagyl&panacur

Hi

Whats your humidity like?? Keep in mind that newspaper at the bottom isnt the best thing since they need a very high humidity!!!
