Reduced dark pigment for sure.. I wonder if it is because it is so small, i.e. something in the development didn't go to term. I've heard that the normal pigmentation is among the last things to occur in the developing baby before birth. It will be interesting to see what happens from here.

Mark, you are correct about pre-mature snakes not having developed their full color until the very end. I've had that happen to me when I bred rosy boas. REALLY EXCITING AT FIRST LOL until I figured out what was happening.
