i gave my baby ball python a fuzzy mouse earlier but he hasnt swallowed it, he has it wrapped up still and its been 4 hours since i gave it to him. can you tell me if this is normal?

well heres the update the mouse is still there so now its been 8 hours since ive given it to him, only now he just left it there dead, i looked like he was trying to eat it sideways so i dunno. i'll let you know whats up.
