trouble reaching rodent pro (ordering mice)

chrystal Jun 28, 2003 09:46 AM

Does anyone know if rodent pro still sells frozen mice? I've left a few voice mail messages, and sent an email, but so far no response.

Your help is appreciated.

Yes they do, in fact they recently made an error (in my favor) and have not returned my phone call. Their loss! However if the error would have been MY loss, I would be quite unhappy that they have not returned my call.

Let me know if they get back to you.

Hi Traci!

Yes, they did (finally) email me this morning. Do you think they are the best source to obtain the mice? What about MiceDirect.com? Have you heard whether they are a good reliable source?

Thanks, Traci, for you help.

Hi Chris,
I think RodentPro is a pretty popular supplier of feeders. I think even some of the "big name" breeders order from them. This was my first time ordering from them, and except for not returning my call about their error I am pleased. The mice look good and their prices are better than a lot of others when you buy a large quantity.

The only things that might steer someone away are 1) they don't vacuum seal, and 2) I've read multiple threads on other forums about them not returning calls and emails.

Like I said their error was in my favor, I benefited from it. But if it was the other way around I would be extremely upset that they have not returned my call.

I haven't heard anything about Mice Direct nor have I purchased from them.

Good luck!!

I order from Themousefactory.com. Fantastic service. They are packed so well that they could sit outside all day and still be deeply frozen when returning from work. One email and my order is on it's way. Sure beats a mice colony in my shed.
