catawba or catalpa worms...

razyrsharpe Jun 28, 2003 10:30 AM

i have a catalpa tree and would like to purchase some catepillars that feed upon it to start a colony. does anyone know where i can purchase these catepillars that are commonly called catawba worms? i read an article published in 2000 about a georgia man who was breeding them on his 1400 trees. could not find contact info though... if anyone can help, i would be most appreciative. thanks!!
