well you've looked in the obvious places. now look in the spots where it may be actually hiding. tear eveyrhting apart. if you have a box sealed open it, it mya have crawled in. if its too small to fit in something, look anyway. they have a way of getting in really small spaces. but first look along each wall by the cage it escaped from. see where ti could go up. typically they will go along a wall then go up to somewhere that it can hide in. for example my licorice stick black rat got out a week or so ago. i went one way then got to my computer desk and tv and figured too much noise so i went the other direction. tore my whole room apart. then got back to the tv inset in the wall. she was up underneath a cd case on there. so look where you dont think they would be.
