I have a 3 ft male and i was wondering how long before i will
be able to see his spurs?

I'm apt to believe this is going to depend not only on the size of your burm but also his genetics. I've had males with teeny tiny spurs and males with extrememly large ones. This does not seem to deter breeding. If your male is 3 feet, I'd expect to see some spurs with a good inspection. If you'd rather not go about inspecting, I'd wait until about 5-6 feet. They should be easily visible by then.
