I wonder why we cant get Flevopol shipped to the US? Or why someone is not selling it on ebay. Anybody know someone who has access to Flevopol to tell us why? Im very interested in this concept and from what Ive read our american alternatives are not near as good

slaytonp sorry for the slow reply. Flevopol or sometimes know as Silka is the european chemical that they use to cover "great stuff" or cover pvc pipes to make realistic looking tree roots. Almost all of the dutch vivs incorporate this into their vivs one way or another. Here in american we have a few options (which in my opinion are not near the quality of flevopol or Silka) ie.. Welbond or Ace concrete bonder.

Flevopol is an emulsion of a hydrophilic network forming polymer ( like glue ) which is used in the construction industry to improve concrete floors and structures. It is a Dutch product.

i've used Concrete primer & bonding additave i got at home depot it works great, maybe it's not as good flevopol but i dont have much to compre it to.
