Hey all...
Now that Hannibal is in his new home {the 55 gallon aquarium} I am wondering about something. The other day while feeding him, he dove for the tongs several times, and I ended up dropping several worms into the moss where they quickly buried themselves. Is it ok to leave them in there?
THANKS

Just to let you know that large of a cage is not required.A smaller cage would actually be easier to feed him as dropping 3 dozen crickets into a 55 gallon aquarium would be hard for him to find them.I recommend a 10 gallon as it only costs 10$

I don't suggest dropping crickets or mealworms into any tank of any size, especially with the moss they can hide in. Tong feeding is the safest method. I had a frog that got chewed up by crickets before I bought it. Cost a fair amount of money to get him fixed up as it got infected.

WoW!! huge tank for such a small cute pacman. I agree with the smaller tank. If it was smaller u could monitor him better. If he gets bigger like an adult that would b heavan. Glad u care for the frog. And also these are opinions. U dont have to listen to them. Gl with Hannibal. Big Mac says hi to the new pacman!

Because I don't think you got a definite answer to your question, I will do my best. I would try to go "hunting" for those worms. Not only because if they came across the little guy they might bite him, but also because if they die in high humidity they will plump up and...ugh just trust me they don't smell good.

Good luck with the little fella

..And they may also pollute the enviorment (sp?). What kind of worms was it?
