KENDAL, CENTRAL JAVA, Indonesia -- A reticulated python is taken care by his keeper Maryoto at Curugsewu recreational Park, in Kendal, Central Java, Indonesia. The 15-meter (49.21 feet) long, 447-kilogram (985 pound) snake was captured in Jambi province in Sumatera island last year but only recently put on public display. If confirmed, it would be the largest snake ever kept in captivity. (12/30/03 AP photo)

Actually it was proven to be a lie it was only 21ft. They made it look larger in the pics by setting it in the forground and having really tiny people stand in the background. When it was measured the keeper was amazed by how much it shrank. Even the wild boys measured it and asked them if they measured it twice.

Lol not a bad way to use perspective in photography to get some publicity. Maybe when I get my pair of Tiger Retics I'll stand me waaaay in the backround and my Retics in the foreground and make them look massive!
