HI quest on UV light from a S'pore keeper

Hi i got 3 leopards

somebody told me its better to put UV lights for them

isit true??

and is there any other S'porean keeping leopard geckos

Well, since leos typically rest under their hides, they don't benefit from the UV like diurnal reptiles do (beardies, etc). The leos should be getting their D3 from their supplements that can be either dusted on the feeder insects or provided in a dish in the tank. Leos don't need UV to be healthy.

nope, leos being night loving creatures don't need UV rays to survive.
