I just got a pair of Zee's(Blueking) Columbia Co. Eastern hatchlings this week. These are F1 animals from wildcaught adults. I already posted a pic of the male now here is the female. These are some of the biggest and chunkiest hatchlings Ive ever seen ! Combine that with a gentle demeanor and stunning patterns and color and you have a topnotch locality Eastern King. I serpwidgeted the babies tonight as well. For 2 week old Kings these things are HUGE !

I got these beauties from Jason Hood a number of weeks ago. They are growing like weeds! These like the Columbia's above are F1's from wildcaught animals. I also measured these tonight as well. These are great snakes that are gentle and robust. I really like the Northern Florida Easterns now to get some Wakulla Co Kings from Sean Belanger next year and I will be a happy man !

The male on 9/19/04 was 15.87" tonight he was 16.90"

The female on 9/19/04 was 14.03" tonight she was 14.50"

That is sooo awesome ...you get him to eat right in your hand.They are just gorgeous.

Just beautiful.I could look at pics of kings all day.I just recently got my first and am thinking about another.But not sure if I want the same kind or a different kind.I am looking foir something that satys small becasue I live in a small apartment.I have a Durango mountain now.Any suggestions??

I have found amazing animals in this sites classifieds, just browse the ads and sooner or later you'll see something ya gotta have. How's your durango doing? I have a 1.1 on hold right now that I should be receiving in a week or two. When I get them i'll post pics, maybe I can get them to eat in my hand also,lol, that would be a challenge.

I have to say she is doing excellent.I couldn't be happier with her.She has a great personality.And you know I may see if she will eat out of my hand.I have a feeling she would.I have taken her up to my kids school and she does wonderful with all the kids looking at her.She couldn't be sweeter if she tried.She doesn't get nervous at all.Even when she is shedding she has no problem being held.So thats a good thing.I haven't decided if I want to go into breeding yet.I have bred Bearded Dragons.But I haven't really looked into how difficult it is with snakes yet.So I may just get another female But probably a different kind.I just need to find which ones saty fairly small.

Can't wait to breed my 75" male and that big female I got from you Keith! That should yield some large babies as well as attractive ones too!

By the way, I have a couple of males from the same clutch that are a tad over 16", but they're not as pretty looking.

I still have them. . .And I have no plans for them . . .So, I'm not holding them for any reason - except that they havn't eaten yet. Will try feeding them again tonight!
