Leo hatchling help

Hey guys, I had two of my leo eggs hatch this morning, one is VERY fiesty, but the other has not opened his eyes yet. Hey has a most retreat and is active. Has any one had this problem before? I was thinking that maybe they need to develop more or somthing. Any help would be greatly welcomed
