to actually hear from different people?....some folks saw that "show" already....why re-run it...?....it would be like watching Threes Company re-runs late at night..........try getting different people...different opinions....?maybe even someone who wrote the book years before and maybe a pioneer in the ball/python breeding world........???....you know...back in the plywood and plexiglass cage era?.......
someone with a degree?.............???

.......my thoughts.........guess I can leave early and get home for a good meal then......kewl..........

Not that your idea is a bad one, but what difference will it really make who talks about Ball Python husbandry/breeding? It's definitely not rocket science, and surely there is no need for someone with a degree to lead the discussion. Also, if Brian brought in some of the "pioneers" many people that would be interested in hearing the "talk" might have never heard of the "pioneers" and thus, they wouldn't show up....doesn't make for a good "talk". With two personalities like Ralph and Kevin, your definitely going to spark peoples interest, and hopefully get them to attend the talk to begin with. Also, the thing isn't scripted, and nobody can predict the questions that will be asked(outside of the obvious), so regardless the ordeal will differ from that in Tinley. I went to this in Tinley, and it was entertaining if nothing else. The little side notes on various breeders was definitely interesting. Watching Kevin squirm with obvious dislike for a name tossed out from the crowd was classic. I guess, many would also refer to Kevin as a pioneer of the Ball morphs. Just because he didn't use home made crap for cages doesn't make his knowledge any less valuable. (Maybe he did use wooden cages....it matters how?) If for some reason you dislike these guys, maybe you should hit the show, and see if you can throw em' off! Make them prove their value in your eyes....It's all good, and outside of the cost to get into the show itself, this little extra is FREE, so how can anyone complain about the speakers and/or content? Take care!

WOW! How do I start with this? First I will say about 50 people give or take saw the talk. I bet we have a bunch of new faces given the fact of how many people e-mailed me to say they missed it and would like to see it in Philly. As for "pioneers".......do you mean like a friend of mine named Philippe De Vosjoli? Hes a "pioneer".....maybe THE PIONEER. Or Bill Love? Hes a pioneer. BUT THEY AINT THE #%*&%#$! GUYS THAT PUT THE BALL PYTHON ON THE MAP YOU STUPID $#%@ !!!! As for the degree.....I dont know anyone with a degree I would look to for Ball Pythons.....maybe the Barkers????? These are not the only two guys with Ball Python knowledge....Im aware of that. Im putting on a show....and its hard to compete with Ralphy for showmanship.....and Kevin.....well its on Ball Pythons.......who do you expect???? And why dont you post your name so we all know who to explain this to in person if needed????? Why leave early? Just dont come at all smart ass......
