From Dwight. He has them sold pretty much a year or two out!!
They are definitely a nice looking snake. There are a few others on my wish list to complete my obsoleta collection. And then I start on the kings!!! LOL

Excellent looking snake Brian. I'm looking to purchase another Ratsnake myself, and the white oak phase Grey-Rat is on my short list. Dwight Good has some solid black ratsnakes that I have my eye on also. Oh what tough decisions to make LOL

My want list is growing so long it's wonderfully sad.Im trying to sell off some guyana redtails to make more room for white oaks, blonde subocs, super high yellow russians, mex bairds.I was totally content with what I had a few months ago but a new fever has struck. Not only that it's all very affordable and low maintenance...Paul

Hotshot Oct 16, 2004 07:46 AM

for posting some more pics later on then! The rat and king complex has a great number of snakes to choose from, and they are all low maintenance, and easy going!!!! I have always liked the rats and kings! Your list may keep growing!! I know mine is still pretty long!! LOL

No doubt these guys are low maintenance. As a matter of fact, I started out with Aspen in my cages. As my collection has grown, I've seen the light, and started using newspaper. Much easier to stay on top of keeping their enclosures spotless, plus evertime I'd pull a snake out or move something and aspen would have a habit of falling on the floor quite a bit.

I still use newspaper with my boids but with my rats and corns and my hectic schedule it was just easier to switch to aspen.I just use my shop vac to clean out the aspen and its been a real timesaver for me...Paul

Thanks Steve
You cant go wrong with Dwights snakes, just about all of my rat snakes have came from him. He has produced some very nice looking animals, and I have seen some of his future stuff, and if it pans out, you guys will be wanting them as well!!! LOL
I have a couple of MO locale black rats that I am thinking about breeding next year, they are black with lots of red between the scales. However, Dwight has some really nice solid black rats!

I will have to take some good pics of my MO pair and post them. Today is feeding day, so Ill try and take some today prior to feeding.
