About shedding.

Is it normal after a BD to shed then eat that shedded skin?

I'm just not sure if he shedded today cause when I came home he was lighter in color almost white and had to apetite to eat at all. So maybe he ate the skin he shedded.

Last time he shedded he also had no apetite but ate alot the next day.

So back to my question, is it normal for BDs to eat their shedded skin and have no apetite?

Yes, it happens. Actually there's lots of other lizards that do it too.
